It is community space toward various space where a person and the people including a gallery and the seminar can gather by conversion from the existing tenant space.
I made various space by finish and the level difference of the floor, studding while assuming it the efficiency space where the whole led to and considered it so that various acts and how to use were enabled. In addition, in the outside space integrally with the inside devise a flooring and a housing part to use it, and create half inside space by a louver outside. While this outdoor space wears planting, it becomes the buffering space with the inside and it is soft and wraps up internal space.
I aimed at the big "UTSUWA"(like a bowl) which permitted various people and acts to be able to become the place of new region community.
