Architectural balance, pure geometric lines and compelling forms, all come together to add to the grandness of this private residence, both inside and out. Gaining its distinct identity from the constant interaction between the interior and exterior, this home is a model of visual harmony and design finesse.

Based on an inspirational concept shaped around the diverseness of colors and textures found in the Mediterranean nature, we chose to develop a natural earth toned color scheme . A disciplined, yet not monotonous, palette of materials has been chosen, blending together the different shades of terracotta, olive green, taupe and chestnut browns, setting the tone for this majestic, elegant and avant-garde residence.

On the inside, rectangular shapes prevail throughout a strongly unified set of spaces, which is spread into 4 floors. A recurrent theme of visual connectivity runs throughout the residence and allows each area to be enjoyed independently, without losing its cohesive unity when viewed as a single space. Glossy, light-reflecting surfaces and deep, rich textures, all come together to lift off the scheme.

Boldly contemporary in its design, the defining feature in the external façade is the irregularity of its shape, which initiates an intriguing game of light and shadow.
