The main requirement of this apartment renovation was to integrate the prexisting kitchen and other services rooms to the social area to satisfying the client's likings for open spaces.
In demolition operation, a column of the main structure of the building, remains isolated on the middle of the social area, so that was the excuse to create a masonry paravan between the entrance and the dining zone, giving the character to all project.
