En 2003 tres familias compramos el terreno, dos rehicimos la "casa de abajo" como dos adosadas. Teníamos el tiempo contado (4 meses, urgía ir a vivir) y el dinero muy-muy escaso, y el resultado es un mixto nuevo/viejo agradable de habitar, sin pretensiones, manejable.Se denominó "Can PiquiPugui" (en Catalán algo así como casa de quien quiera).

In 2003 3 families bought the land, two rebuilt the down house as added townhouses. We have not enought time (4 month) and no such money, and the result is a mixed new/old, pleasant to inhabit, unpretentious and manageable.
It was called "Can PiquiPugui" (that means in Catalan something like whoever house).
