The project consists in the transformation of an existing building garage in a physiotherapy clinic. The building is located between dividing walls, for this reason there are only two facades, the main one, in the frontal face to the mall Suárez Llanos, and the other one opens to an outdoor area which is part of the building.
The local has a elongated shape, being closer the frontal part, and getting a bit bigger on the bottom area.
A central circulation, structures the space, having two bands boxes on each side of the corridor..
It is proposing a translucent enclosure to the corridor, creating a very bright place
