Cantina Valpolicella negrar is a cooperative company located near Verona, from 1933 it is dedicated to produce quality and full expression of the territory wines, like Valpolicella, Ripasso, Recioto and Amarone. The operation involves mainly the reconstruction of the east wing of the building, the new construction of the area currently occupied by the external system of winemaking and the reset of outdoor spaces.The project has focused on deep and ingrained link that the building should have with the territory and the local tradition through careful choice of materials and colours. The “cantina” becomes, infact, the architectural image through which you can learn and experience the culture of the territory and even a “container” where cultural production, wine tasting and education come together synergistically.
