Total Built-up Area: 7500 m2
This is a concept project for a small shopping center on a main road in the city center of Skopje. It includes 3 underground floors with parking and supermarket facilities, 2 retail floors, food court and restaurants floor and a hotel floor on top of the building. There are inline shops both sides of an atrium void.
The building is compact. As the traffic flows, the folding facades discover to the passing cars specific parts of the entrance, shop fronts or restaurants terraces. This outer second skin is translucent multifaceted polygon. The facade illumination attracts people’s attention and creates a landmark project.
