Impressioni di Paesaggio | gabriella mazzola
Pinerolo / Italy
Is it possible to transform a slope in a garden? Can it be done without resorting to the creation of walls, concrete works, and earthworks? This was the question behind the creation of a garden of soft and sinuous shapes, with grasses, herbaceous perennials, ornamental sage, roses, lavender, etc., all perfectly integrated with the surrounding landscape. Each natural surface slope were capitalized upon and used to create harmonious natural trails, as well as new living spaces. A beautiful cliff to see (and experience), not only during the spring and summer, when the vivid colors of blue expanses of sage burst into bloom, but also in autumn and early winter, thanks to the warm tones that change from yellow to red in lilies at the foot of pomegranates. The Erigeron karv., like a ribbon, guides the Impressionist theme.© Gabriella Mazzola

'Impressioni di #paesaggio' è il risultato della trasformazione di una scarpata in un #giardino senza ricorrere a muretti e opere in c.a. ma solo assecondando le pendenze naturali, utilizzando diverse varietà di #graminacee, #erbacee perenni, salvie ornamentali, #lavande...e inserendo dei monumentali alberi di melograno.
