The project borns from considerations on the site and on the basics of the production of high quality wines.
The concept is enclosed in the desire of contamination of the surrounding territory as a fundamental element of the project.
Topics are compliance with the principles of environmental sustainability and energy self-sufficiency.The technological system is composed of metal reticular structures for receptive and administrative destination, and a tiered structure made of laminated wood stepped in coverage of the main compartment that incorporates the functions of predominant fruit storehouse and warehouse/laboratories.
The dominant value of the building is given by the highly technological structure of the steps cover. It contains both experimental, research and receptive functions in a self structural-energy element. The genetic code of the whole generative process is represented by the elements necessary to obtain a large wine, so a good winery.
The inspirations are “3S”: Sun, Stone and Shatter.These issues have been repeatedly treated by many experts in the wine industry.
The three elements were inserted and transposed at the project, such as building finishing elements architectural.
