To make a high quality architecture to the theme of housing of small length without a deny to the manager of the business, could work. Because of that, in the cost of the investment scheme, efficiency, administration and institutional financing, special quality is proposed, better materials and purified esthetics.

Agua Blanca, step apart of the competence of other big density house-complex because of his 24 houses size. Nevertheless, it has a particular public attention because of his architectonic characters it offers two different products, in other words, it offers housing units with differences between all of them, attending each family condition.

One of the options, plant A, counts with a parking lot for two cars and inside: living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and laundry room. Upside is the master bedroom with bathroom and big closet; two bedrooms with shared bathroom and closet. Spaces that usually aren’t in the housing programs that offer better quality.

The option two, the plant B, offers one parking lot and family study where it was the other one parking lot of the A house. The rest of the place is the same as the A plant.

The difference is having a wide products offer and like that, satisfy the different requirements of the real-state with a simple solution: floors efficiency where the partition and circulations are the minimum, presenting a wider spacial amplitude.

The 24 façades have the same language to talk between each other, but at the same time they all are different. This comes from a expressive game of divergent forms as a window may be, a covering, a hand rail, elements which personalize each one of the unity’s, conforming in general, a 12 façade harmonic alienation each side and in one set, similar to a melody.
