Nella campagna limitrofa alla città di Spoleto un fabbricato rurale è stato completamente restaurato nel 1995. Le vecchie stalle al piano terra sono state integrate alla unità abitativa al primo piano. Sono stati adottati materiali tipici nel restauro conservativo quali i cotti, i porfidi esterni con ricorsi di massello di travertino, gli intonaci finiti a pezza, le inferriate in ferro pieno, le lamiere in rame, i travertini bocciardati e naturalmente gli infissi in legno. Un'ampia area esterna circonda il fabbricato principale e l’annesso antistante che ospita due grandi garages un magazzino ed un grande rustico di pertinenza dell'unità abitativa.

Situated on the outskirts of Spoleto is the old country house of Pallucco restored in 1995. The work consisted of the transformation of old stables now inhabited areas and the integration of the old inhabited areas now situated on the first floor. The structure of the building made the subdivision difficult but after careful study and planning the problems were resolved by creating an independent area, which borders the staircase and the living room below. The country house was restored using regenerated materials such as terracotta, blocks of travertine, iron gratings, copper guttering, bush-hammered travertine and wooden fixtures. Surrounding the main house is a large area of land and in front of it an extension consisting of two big garages and a shed.
