South Place Hotel - London | Allies & Morrison

Opened in summer 2012, South Place Hotel brings together the City and the East End. The first hotel from D&D London, South Place will include Conran designed interiors, 80 bedrooms, 3 bars, the Angler (a destination rooftop restaurant) all-day-dining at 3 South Place on the ground floor, 5 meeting and private dining rooms, gym and a residents’ games room. More ‘meet than sleep’, South Place Hotel derives its inspiration from many of the things that make London buzz.

Cultural diversity, local neighbourhoods, understated wit and an easy sense of self. Intelligently designed and generously sized guest bedrooms will appeal to switched-on business travellers as well as savvy couples on weekend breaks, whilst the restaurants and bars will connect with local Londoners to create a glamorous and happening ‘scene’. As the City loosens its tie and the East End ‘grows up’, South Place is set to become an exciting hub where work merges with play.
