Historical Backgrounds.
Inside a wide proprietary surrounded by gardens, stands an ancient Villa. Located at the top of an luxuriant hill, this place offers one of the most exclusive views on the tuscany landscape (extended up to Siena). Situated in the heart of the Tuscany countryside, between Siena and Florence, this propriety, is one ideal accommodation for travelers who loves nature. The exclusive propriety counts a main building, dates back to 1400, and some additional constructions added between the 18th and 19th century. The ensemble of the constructions was restructured in the 90s,, transforming the entire corps of buildings into a splendid locations to spend holidays in Italy.

The growing demand to combine cultural holidays with activities of wellness and relaxation, have determined the need to extend the luxury propriety. Including some little neighboring houses, being these the ideal places to host the Spa, the project to realizing the Wellness area had the pourpose to recover also the gardens degrading along the borders. Respecting the ancient style of the historical buildings, and paying particular attention at the local natural materials, such as stones and marbles, so as wood and plants, the entire new area aimed to present a contemporary design. Modern technologies, also, would have assured all the needs related to the Spa style.
