Dacha. This five-bedroom home, on the north of Saint Petersburg, on the elites countryside of the spectacular north coast, is anchored in the natural beauty and power of this Russian landscape. It's a typical Russian Dacha surrounded by the forest, standing out on a little lake border. It's a part of a small residential complex where finds some other old Dachas. This charming and calm propriety, privately owned estates, is a small farm corporate.

The site offers spectacular views on the lake. The design strategy embeds the building within the land, creating a structure inseparable from its context.

The interior is a shelter, a refuge into the silence in contrast with the modern citizen life. Constructed with brick and concrete, the interior design are mostly constructed with wood, features numerous typical items and traditional coating, such as old floor on parquet, ancient marbles, and so on.

Into the large sitting room stand up a big chimney and three different conversation angles have been designed. This wide space will be expanded with a fabulous winter garden - and exotic plants will be layed to any corner.

The property will include some greenhouses, designed as little cottages used for the cultivation of plants. The purpose is to develop an ensemble harmonious with nature, a little gracious farming house where spend holydays.

Working in team with locals (architects and engineers) Stefania Brugnaletti has been invited as consultant to suggest amenities and orient style of the Interior Design. Also, to propose how to design the architectural landscape for gardens, greenhouses, pavilions on lake, fitness and wellness outdoors. The local team provided the executive project, while she acted just as external consultant.
