The project aims to transform a four-storey office building placed between dividing walls in a residential building with offices for lease. The new building must optimize the number of flats in relation to the investment demand for housing and the small chances of regulations.

The narrowness of the street and the proximity of neighboring facades conditions formal and design aspects. The urban regulations and habitability also influence the solution.
Facade solution that radically transform the current is required in order to give the building a new look.

Vertical painted table composition relates to existing galleries, as it combines fullness and emptiness.
The exterior facade acts as a screen in which spaces and boards create three strips per plant that leave 1 meter high holes.
The floor to ceiling practicable Windows will appear behind this and keeping its module.

There will be an office and an apartment on each floor. The attic will be an extension of one of them.

Each apartment will have a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry. The office will also have a studio.

The natural wood amounts of facade down to the ground floor, defining an intermediate space between the entrance and the narrow, busy street.

1m length iroko wood boards with white lasur.
White lacquered aluminum holding doors.
Stair made of perforated sheet metal and natural iroko wood.
Oak flooring in flats. Polished cement floors in common areas. Natural iroco boards in terraces.
