Redevelopment of an urban existing area placed in Milan. The project consists of the creation of a public park after the demolition fo an “eco monster”. Principioattivo proactive approach is to purpose the client Beni Stabili (Covivio), owner of the area, the idea to use the disruption charges of Garibaldi Towers to create a place to be used by citizen of the area and at the same time to the patients of the Hospital Monzino.
The design of the park is the result of the requirements asked to all the people called and listened to, together with POLIMI and the hospital. Special wellness path and relaxing area make it a perfect place to experience.
