This five-story residence complex functions as a Dwelling Six-Pack, housing six urban villas "packed" into one building. The unique structure allows optimal utilization of the relatively small plot while offering privacy for the residents of each of the villas.
The ground and first floor consists of four two-story villas. Each of these villas includes a double-space atrium and a large backyard. Extra two villas are located above. In the heart of the building – between the built volumes – a large void has been formed, functioning as the building entrance lobby and a joint stairway leading to the upper villas.
