The building is situated on the new western Entrance Plaza of the campus. It houses a library, art workshops, seminar rooms and research offices, total area of 6,500 sqm. Completed in 2008. The building has opened to the public in 2009. It was built at the lowest cost per sq/m of all the buildings built in Ben-Gurion University in a 10 years period, thanks to precise design/budget control process.
