A rehabilitation center for IDF disabled veterans in Beer- Sheva, comprising of a variety of sports facilities such as three swimming pools, a basketball court and a gym. In addition, there are physiotherapy and treatment rooms and spaces for cultural activities. The project is especially suited to the desert climate. It is built using exposed concrete and is inspired by the neighboring Negev Memorial by the artist Dani Karavan. Completed in 2010. The project won the Rechter Prize for excellence in architecture in 2011, and was included in the 12 best public projects of 2011 of WAF (World Architecture Festival). In 2012 it won the first prize of AI magazine of architecture, selected in collaboration with the European union.
