Conversion of distillery is based on the study of revitalization Zlíchov distillery site. The proposed facility consists of two basic parts - the reconstruction of the former refinery of Zlíchov distillery and construction of the new building. These two parts are connected together. The final building has six floors above ground and one underground floor. The building follows the original ground plan of the structure of objects around the refinery. This is a simple compact mass which is inspired by the form of the original industrial buildings. Socio-spiritual center has a total of six different functional contents - a community center, church, rectory, rehabilitation center, the archdiocese charity center and gallery. Documentation includes a study of the building, the interior design of the church, the concept of solutions parterre, construction design, selected parts of the structure design and design concept of MEP.
