Picasso Residence

This building is located in one of the best residential areas of Limassol close to the sea and the main commercial road of the Town, but at the same time in a very quiet and family oriented area. It was requested by the client to design a building that will be the developer’s signature building and create a visual brand for his building and company that would carry through to all his new residential buildings. Picasso Residences, accommodate six flats of different configurations from 55sqm to 197sqm making a building of 750sqm in total. The concrete shape in the form of the Greek letter Π that dominates the facades of a building, which gives it, its unique appearance is a device used to bring together the different, in size and shape flats, that are accommodated in the building in to a single unit. This promotes the idea of the whole as opposed to the individual allowing the various owners to identify with the building and the closed community of their block in contrast to the individual apartment and the single unit. Finally the building combines modern architecture with functionality and luxury spaces with exceedingly high levels of specification and finish.
