The building was designed as the main office for a company specialized in designing and constructing retail stores.
The main idea is the dueling contrast between the very coarse and the more refined finishes – the CorTen steel cladded facades, and the completely white interior. The open ends of the office building draws nature into the office.
In 2008 FORM III was rewarded the annual Architectural prize from the municipality of Kolding.
