located near a single-family housing estate, the plot is characterized by active landscape with a hill, a valley and slopes.in this context we used small housing typologies creating a discreet, low-density development that emphasizes the topographic features.urban villas and small sectional houses are chosen for the plateau, while terraced houses are more suitable for the hills and slopes. this enabled us to create a variety of functional spaces between the buildings.
