A major addition to twin the ice surface and retrofit an existing ten year old facility. The project was fast tracked with construction starting within six months of TCA’s engagement, and was delivered on time and on budget to meet Stimulus Funding rules. The project adds a number of community amenities such as multi-purpose and meeting rooms. Throughout the project, extensive glazing, bold colours and unexpected materials such as limestone and glass tile give a more welcoming and inviting atmosphere to this typically banal building type.
