IT Questo complesso, molto imponente, rappresenta una delle architetture più riuscite dei tardi anni ’50 all’EUR. Perciò si è voluto, per gli esterni, adottare la linea di un restauro reinterpretativo, che adeguasse solo gli aspetti materici e tecnologici obsoleti della struttura preesistente, mentre gli interni sono stati completamente ricomposti per assolvere la funzionalità e l’estetica di uno spazio di lavoro contemporaneo, aperto e trasparente. Qesto progetto è uno dei primi in Italia ed Europa ad ottenere la certificazione LEED Silver per edifici esistenti. As a result it was our intention, for the exteriors, to adopt an approach of conservative restoration that would update only those material and technological aspects of the existing structure held to be obsolete. The interiors were fully recomposed to meet the functions and aesthetics of a contemporary working space, that is open and transparent.
