The house is located in the highest part of the mountain, with magnificent views of the sea and the mountain, and with a South-West orientation. The project organizes all the outer spaces of the plot by means of a large open-air parking lot, a generous entrance porch/atrium, and wide terraces placed between the house and the swimming-pool. The swimming-pool acts as a horizon over the sea. The materials used both in the interior and exterior areas –amber Stone, manual brick, whitewash stucco and exposed concrete– formally clarify the zoning of the spaces and the atmospheres, emphasizing the surface and the planes, both vertical and horizontal (porches), rather than the masses. This factor intensifies the inside/outside relationship, a constant reference in Mediterranean architecture.
