This Hotel is a new design concept in the region with a strong mass penetrated by a large
court-yard, partly surrounded by attractive terraces. The aim is to keep a consistency
of design to achieve simplicity, beauty and high quality. The design invokes links and ties
between modernity, heritage, local culture and the environment.
The building is designed on a modular layout, allowing flexibility of design and a reduction
in the area of glass to emphasise the concept of a green building.
