Mancava un po’ a tutti quell’angolo meraviglioso di fine anni Quaranta, da dove un’intera città, passeggiando, ammirava il panorama tra gli alberi tutt’attorno e il profumo salmastro tipico di un luogo di mare. Ha riaperto dopo un paio d’anni il ristorante Il Passetto, icona del territorio, prima firma della cucina anconetana che per tornare agli antichi splendori si è rifatto il look. Con scelte decise, a rispecchiare l’anima forte e il carattere di una città che ama valorizzare i suoi luoghi speciali. Un intervento di ristrutturazione rigoroso, contemporaneo, ma lontano dagli stereotipi delle tendenze modaiole. Un recupero eccezionale, a tempo di record, come ha voluto la nuova proprietà: cinque mesi in cui si è lavorato giorno e notte per restituire ad Ancona uno dei suoi scorci più belli,quasi una missione per ridare alla città un simbolo che rischiava di sparire. La scelta della pavimentazione – essenza Bronzo, un rovere nodoso spazzolato della serie Boschi di Fiemme – è stato il punto di partenza: le venature ricordano la sabbia dopo che l’ultima marea ha lasciato la spiaggia, le finiture amplificano la bellezza dell’albero. All’interno la sensazione di sentirsi a casa, con la pavimentazione che invita quasi a camminare a piedi nudi. Si sente il mare da fuori: dentro si vaga quasi ipnotizzati dai profumi della cucina come sul ponte di un vecchio veliero. A fare la differenza è l’esplosione di luce nella sala da pranzo, grandi vetrate che risaltano il colore chiaro del legno e il bianco degli arredi e dell’apparecchiatura. Semplicità, equilibrio, libertà di concentrarsi sulla vista senza distrazioni: è un gioco di vuoti e pieni che a ogni angolo crea un’ombra in continuo divenire che fa parte dell’arredo. Molto più di una ristrutturazione, perché ogni scelta nasce da concetti estetici e, allo stesso tempo, dalla necessità di un rinnovamento sia dei locali sia della struttura, per modernizzare e rendere funzionale ogni angolo del ristorante. Questo lavoro è stato considerato come una missione di salvataggio, perché chi conosce il posto sa il valore che quel luogo riveste per la città. Tornato a essere uno splendido angolo del capoluogo marchigiano, ora è frequentato non solo per pranzi, cene e cerimonie, ma anche per aperitivi, serate informali in cui godersi il paesaggio e la frescura estiva. E ha dimostrato come una città sappia riprendersi la propria storia, mettendo d’accordo istituzione e cittadini,associazioni ambientali e chi ha deciso di investire su un luogo così prezioso. With strong choices , to reflect the deep soul and character of a city that loves to exploit its special places. A rigorous restructuring project, contemporary, but far from the stereotypes of the fashionable trends. A remarkable recovery , in record time , as requested by the new property: five months in which everyone involved worked day and night to return to Ancona one of his most beautiful views ,almost a mission to return to the city a symbol that was in danger of disappearing. The choice of flooring - Bronzo essence , a brushed knotty oak - Boschi di Fiemme series - was the point of departure: the grains are reminiscent of the sand after the last tide had left the beach, finishes amplify the beauty of the tree. Inside, the feeling of being at home, with the floor that almost invite walking barefoot. You can hear the sea from the outside: inside you walk around almost mesmerized by the scents of the kitchen as on the deck of an old sailing ship .What makes the difference is the explosion of light in the dining room, large windows that stand out the light color of the wood and the white of the furniture and equipment. Simplicity , balance, freedom to focus on the view without distractions is a play of full and empty spaces that at every angle creates a shadow in progress, which is part of the furniture. Much more than a renovation, because every choice comes from aesthetic concepts and at the same time , the need for a renewal of both rooms and the structure, to modernize and make functional every corner of the restaurant. This work has been considered as a rescue mission , because who knows the place knows the value that this place has for the city. Back to being a beautiful corner of the capital of the Marches , now is frequented not only for lunches, dinners and ceremonies, but also for cocktails, informal evenings in which to enjoy the scenery and the cool summer. It showed how a city knows how to recover their history, putting agree institution and citizens , environmental groups and those who have decided to invest in a place that is so precious.
