If it was not a professional, one could speak of "homemade " . Yeah, because Stefano Viviani found himself in the unusual role of the buyer, designer and architect . An unconfortable position : the secret, in these cases, is said to have self-discipline, remaining polished at every step, even when the decisions are difficult and there is no one to comfort you. Then the winning card , the original idea , the creative idea . And here , the path that leads to a sustainable masterpiece took unusual and emotional roads. Borgo Metato , village of Lucca , where there are paths that end in the thick of the woods and you can really enjoy the scenery and nature. A building that was necessary to restructure , a dream that he was preparing to become a reality. Everything starting from recycled materials, from windows to doors, from terracotta to stone. And most importantly, from the wood. Ferro , a saw-cutting knotty oak from Boschi di Fiemme series , Fiemme 3000 , to give warmth and a sense of lived . Because this floor has something exceptional : it tells the stories and , in this case , it tells a particularly one ... about resurrection. In Marina di Carrara was the dealer 's showroom floor, then the flood has severely tested it. But without defeat, because a deep cleaning action and the system Fiemme 3000 BioPlus to nourish it, brought him back to the original splendor. Now, the floor , evidence of willfulness and determination, covers the rooms of the village perched on the hills of Viareggio. The house , and could not be otherwise after the vicissitudes of the restructuring, shows his character: a temperament that follows the ideals that come from the heart. The light coming through windows blends with the wood floor and the simplicity of the furnishings is a country home or a holiday retreat , but also a wide concept that has no definition. In few words, a comfortable masterpiece , where the human aspect of what experienced is the great protagonist.
