He had already drawn all in his mind even before buying the land, Roberto Ravetta . He knew that there would have been the swimming pool, which the protagonist would be the wood and then that the house would be one thing with the landscape. Clear choices , that needed only to be communicated to he architect Jean Pierre Antorini , in this case the executor of a dream , in a context so beautiful that cannot be worn with a trivial project. Canton Ticino , a small corner of paradise. Where you only hear the crunch of footsteps on the road : a noise that almost do not notice because all the senses are kidnapped by what is in the silence. An empty stillness that takes the form of trees, mountains and plants. Good ideas have a fast track , here embodied in a building of great taste and quality choices , with the balance of shapes and materials and the use of wood that symbolically connects the woods to the floor of the house. The essence is Fior di Nettare, a saw-cutting national nut, taken from the series Fior di Fiemme signed by Fiemme 3000. The project is focused on simplicity : the white walls enhances the contrast with the brown, the rooms are spacious , light enters through windows from which imposes a unique landscape. To break the duo-chrome continuity some object and furniture glass , almost like waterfalls that are located in the canton , small vanity forests that pleases imagine at home. The simplicity is thus transformed into added value and the stair , which is also made of Fiemme 3000 wood, brings elegance with its shape , as if to indicate a secure way to the privacy of the rooms on the upper floor. The spaces are large , sometimes seem to be the natural continuation of the garden , and observing carefully, jump out small original details that " give meaning " to the whole context. A wicker basket , the blue that becomes part of a playful adaptation of the children's room, a magazine rack and some prints on the walls used as a counterpoint to the dominant colors. Basic, sure, but absolutely cozy with the strong choice created by the wood, the warmth for the guests with a large sofa and a table in the center that highlights how the conviviality is the centerpiece of a lifestyle , intimate and at the same time open . "I wanted to live in the house as in a garden, as a house ... in the open air - explains Ravetta - for this I have chosen to focus on large windows and on Fiemme 3000 wood. "
