The main idea was to create a building design which is functional, environmentally friendly and respectful to entire urbanism of site. The base floor plan  was created by primary shapes, which are transformed into more ideal design and sensitive to the aspects of insulation and dominant winds. The final shape of the floor plan is rounded and comprehensive. Also the shape of the building which has been vertically rotated and taperd was finally divided into three units. The result of this division are open spaces between units which encourage receiving wind energy and wind turbine location. The Eco-Concept was made up of four ecological elements. Wind turbines are placed in open parts of the building for better efficiency. They are protruding in front of facades. This step eliminates noise and assists with better utilization of roof areas. Walkable green roofs were formed with horizontal dividing, which are used like parks and gardens. A photovoltaic facade was used on the east, south and west parts of building. Solar panels are built into the transparent facade for absorbing solar energy. These elements are designed with minimal coloration and maximum transparency. Rainwater is harvested to a tank below the ground. It is pumped and used like service water.
