ITA Un insediamento residenziale in un'area di nuova urbanizzazione. Tipologie in linea ed a torre sfruttano lo stesso concept progettuale. E' stata data attenzione ai principi dell'architettura bioclimatica prevedendo, nella tipologia a torre, degli interpiani in verde come aree di aggregazione e di sviluppo sociale. ENG We present a residential project in a new development area. Linear and tower typology use the same design concept. It as been given attention to the principles of bioclimatic architecture by providing, in the residential towers buildings, two empty floors for green areas in which it can be developed social and aggregation meetings.
