CHECKPOINT, UFFICI PER LE AGENZIE DI VIAGGIO E RIABILITAZIONE PIAZZA ALL'INGRESSO EST NEL PORTO DI DURRAZO | Roensi Nako

Il grande tema che sembra porsi nel caso di porto di Durrazzo è esattamente quello legato al mondo delle infrastrutture. Entrata No. 4, porta al porto più grande del paese tutti i veicoli che arrivano attraverso cavalcavia di Ponte Dajlan da qualsiasi città d'Albania ed anche dall'estero. Il progetto stradale, e dell'entrata no. 4 comprende una superficie totale di 27.000 m2 , e quindi era necessaria la separazione in parti separate del progetto, ma tutte in funzione del terminal dei traghetti. Con questa proposta avevamo la possibilità di superare un vecchio schema concettuale che considerava l’infrastruttura come un tubo che collegava un punto A con un punto B senza preoccuparsi del suo intorno. Checkpoint funge da porta di ingresso in cui saranno effettuato tutti i controlli per i veicoli che entrano e usciranno dal porto e questo grazie ai moderni sistemi a scansione. "La porta” ha un'altezza massima di 11,20 m ed una altezza funzionale di 7,3 m con un tratto 23 m (questo comprende solo la copertura). La struttura portante è costituita da un sistema tubolare strallato in acciaio. Gli uffici per il controllo sono situati sotto la copertura che sono in servizio 24 ore. Un'altra parte del progetto sono gli uffici per agenzie di viaggio, che saranno in servizio per le persone e veicoli. Per evitare la confusione al checkponit a causa di potenziali flussi e stata ricomposta una superficie di 5.500 m2 per tutti i veicoli, che non hanno in precedenza prenotato la gita in traghetto. Vicino a questa piazza si possono fare tutte le procedure preliminari per l'imbarcazione. La strada che realizza il collegamento tra il checkpoint e il terminale avrà una lunghezza di 740 m ed una larghezza di 19 m. Ha sei corsie, tre in ogni direzione di movimento separato da guardrail.
