The house is one of two plots to be developed on the site of existing steadings adjacent to an existing farmhouse. Unfortunately due to the condition of the steadings they have to be demolished however, materials will be reclaimed where possible and combined with contemporary timber cladding and glazing to create an unique family home. The plot sits at the top of a brae with stunning views across the farmland and valley to the north.
