This summer home has been projected according to the program presented by the client, concentrating on the relationship areas of the property – living room – dinning room – kitchen- and the communication between these spaces and the exterior space via a large porch.
The bedroom area is spacious and large, capable of comfortably accommodating the family and guests. The second and first floor become one due to the double altitude space connected by the staircase.
A principal part of this program was to obtain the best views of the surroundings and of the plot.
