The concept of the project was inspired by a forest that takes place in the back part of the area. Since the entrance, which happens by the hall, the forest is already visually perceptible. That way, the implementation of the social and intimate rooms of the house is done in a way that all the spaces have visual connection with the forest. In other words, both the lobby, the balcony and the master bedroom are able to contemplate the forest. Social and intimate rooms are integrated by a single floor, there is a mezzanine in which a studio and also the water tank takes place. The living, dining and home theater are grouped into a large room with double height ceiling, by which it is possible to access the mezzanine by a wooden staircase that defines the space. It's the double height ceiling that allows the airflow to come in through the porch and flow in all the space, providing a pleasant environment. The natural light comes into the house through glass openings in the double height ceilings and mezzanine itself. The front facade features as finishing materials, wooden rulers, acrylic texture in white and sand colors, and a circular aluminum frame in white which is a feature that is highlighted in the facade that has predominantly linear elements. The lining of the house is made of wood which creates a uniformity with the ladder also made in wood. Wooden brise-solils and aluminum railing are part of the finish of the posterior facade of the house. An interesting feature of the facade is the round opening that offers to the studio a different form of visualising the landscape and also brings to the facade as a visual counterpoint. Since the facade is marked mainly by horizontal lines, the circular form stands out creating contrast.
