This building is the first high tower over 100 meters built in Rome. It is part of Europarco floor with the utmost attention to urban welding, accomplished by a top shell base, where they will be allocated , as well as the large, bright hall , all the necessary facilities for a large public office complex, including an auditorium and a space reception for early childhood. The elevated structure, partially above ground, consists of full metal parts and glass parts, binding formally contemporary mode already expressed in the most advanced architectural research.
