Hayam – real estate office in Jaffa | Other:wise studio

the concept for the interior design of Hayam real estate office created a three dimensional relic to the company’s logo and business card which consists of three layers of Mediterranean colors, arches from the old city’s architecture and a blue sky. The designers, Hili Lazarov and Roei Kadranel owner of Other:wise studio created in this space three dimensional expression of these elements using bricks covering the walls and two pointy arches resembling the oriental architecture of the city. Warmth and hospitality was translated into an ethnic hand woven carpet, wooden side table, and cushions that created a modern divan. The floor was concrete pour, and industrial projectors where fixed to the ceiling matching harmoniously the industrial rough look with a homey welcoming ambience.
