Single House Villa

The project is conceived starting from an already existing rough construction stage. The construction site has been stopped for a while in order to lead a smarter design for the single house villa. Then most of the inner spaces have been rationalised to gain more square meters for the main rapresentative rooms. In addition The three levels of the house are treated with different materials. The basement which is related to the ground of the site is cladded with two different kind of stones. The stones space out in a random way and establish a deep relation whith the unique hues of the Ghana blue sky and red '>http://ground.The'> Ground floor is made of white plaster and it is quite anonymous in order to strengthen the first floor cladding system made of different copper '>http://layers.The'> general aim of the whole cladding system is to combine the hard weight and dark mood of the underground level and the rarefied look of the upper level using the same element shape for each part. On the ground floor the living spaces are separated through suspended floating platforms which contain different necessary fornitures for the living and dining area. On the first floor all bedrooms have private terraces which are conceived like binoculars overlooking the surrounding landscape.
