An business center, having use of commercial and office building as well , was designed to be constructed in the 15th district of Budapest . It is a six-storey building, with two underground parking levels , which consists of two blocks that are connected to each other by intermediate bridges. The ground floor consists of various shops ( restaurants, banks , kiosk, kiosk issue rail tickets , cafe and print shop ) while the other floors are offices for rent and sale. On the first floor of the building have been fitted with mechanical control rooms and meeting rooms and exhibit space.
