The project of this house was developed in two volumes connected by a large open courtyard that takes advantage of the presence of a magnificent tree. The field is elongated with south view so the program distributed the family volume in 3 bedrooms at one end and the guests volume in the other.

All the spaces have views to the ocean and the central courtyard filling the interior with light and natural ventilation during the whole day.
