The investor's goal was to obtain as efficient building as possible while maintaining all the constraints arising planning regulations. The building was designed in a way that retains a non-invasive and friendly character of the adjacent residential development and an active and representative character of the front corner adjacent to the Rzymowskiego and Modzelewskiego Street.
