A historical side, the project placement follows the existing axis of the remarkable pool cabana building and swimming pool. Two rectilinear arcades volumes embrace a central loggia and emphasize the axis while creating courtyards on both ends of the property. The facades are the result of a concave carving on a white cement concrete of a traditional convex façade. The stucco finish appears on the second level as a transition to the cornice. The volumes are severe in contraposition to the lightness of the loggia. The loggia is a looking cover outdoor space that hosts the social area. The interiors have been design to follow the mystery and magic of the myth around Al Capone house. Hidden doors, optical illusions, secrecy and discovery are part of the whimsicality of the interiors.
