VEGAMAR SELECCION WINE SHOP | Fran Silvestre Arquitectos

Vegamar Selección Wine Shop, located on the main shopping street of town, is a space for wine tasting and sales. The project aims to transmit the quality of the exposed products, as well as to maximize the feeling of amplitude inside the shop. Dark, glossy panels are chosen for vertical surfaces. Due to their tone and reflections, they blur the spatial limits of the establishment, making it seem bigger than what it really is. The colour of this material also refers to the colour of the displayed wines. These vertical surfaces lodge storage space and allow for a regularization of the available geometry. The back of the wine bar contains backlit furniture which - along with the upper mirror - optically doubles the perception of space. The first area is used for product exhibition. Two horizontal rips in which wines coming from Vegamar wine cellar are presented. These elements along with indirect lighting on the ceiling, indicate towards the inside of the shop. At the end of the tour - in an area doubling the original width – is where the wine tasting takes place. A project that seeks to bring into the city the work done in the wine cellar. [ES] La Vinoteca Vegamar Selección es un espacio dedicado a la cata y venta de vinos. Se encuentra situada en la principal vía comercial de la ciudad. El proyecto busca servir de soporte para trasmitir la calidad de los productos que se muestran, así como maximizar la sensación de amplitud del local. Se elige un panelado oscuro con alto brillo en los paramentos verticales. Un material que por su tonalidad y reflejos difumina los límites del local haciéndolo parecer de mayor dimensión y que hace referencia al color de los vinos que se muestran. Los paramentos verticales albergan el espacio de almacenamiento y permiten regularizar la geometría del local. El fondo de la vinoteca se resuelve mediante un mobiliario retroiluminado, que junto al espejo superior producen la sensación de tener un espacio con mayor profundidad. La primera zona sirve para la exposición de los productos. Dos rasgaduras horizontales en las que se presenta la línea de vinos de la bodega. Estos elementos, reforzados con la iluminación indirecta del techo, dirigen hacia el interior del local. Al final del recorrido, en una área con el doble de ancho, se dispone el lugar en el que se realizan las catas. Un proyecto que quiere acercar a la ciudad el trabajo realizado por las bodegas.
