The project retains the features of the existing 1930’s architecture, while creating the perception of unusual volume and space. Working with a palette of white colors, each volume was painted and renovated to reinforce its relationship with the adjacent one. Editing the old façade and cleaning the volumes was the main purpose of the architecture review. An existing stock of 60 year old palm trees, white inflatable, small flags and a column of bamboo are featured in the landscape design.
