The idea is to connect the two sides of the Spree River with a knot to create at the same time a social space with a big steps and a structure pointing in the center of the river. Pedestrians and Bikes can easily go from a side to another on a same flat level and then choose where to rest, on the steps or in the balconies.. A functional connection guarantees a confortable social public space for all with great view on the city..
