[en] - CoS0 is a Co-housing Sustainable prototype that could be split and assembled into different configurations according to the exigencies of other blocks. It is composed of various elements, each one with proper recognizable characteristics, mixed in an organic system of private, semi-private, common and public functions of the everyday life. The modularity of the elements allows a simple realization of the entire proposal by phases in accordance to the exigencies and the resources of the inhabitants of a period. Technologies and materials are the lower cost possible to make them easily understanding and maintaining by the inhabitants themselves. Thanking to simple adjustments for courtyards and roofs, the inhabitants could reach a great variety of new areas for green activities with no need of taking more m2 from the streat area. CoS0 is a system that can be totally permeable for every kind of wheels-people with the aim of improving autonomous cooperation and healthiness. The whole solution wants to be a sustainable intervention with a low impact for the community, although the building from outside stay almost the same with light signs of what happens inside, now it becomes physically and ideologically open to the community for a continuous social cooperation that improves the quality of living. E’ composto di vari elementi, ognuno con caratteristiche specifiche e riconoscibili, uniti in un sistema organico di funzioni private, semi-private, comuni e pubbliche della vita quotidiana. La modularità degli elementi permette una semplice realizzazione dell’intera proposta per fasi in base ad esigenze e finanze degli inquilini volta per volta. Tecnologie e materiali sono i più economici possibili per fare in modo che i condomini possano autonomamente comprenderli e mautenerli. Grazie a semplici accorgimenti per la corte e la copertura, gli abitanti possono ottenere una grande varietà di nuove aree per attività all’aperto senza il bisogno di prendere altri metri quadri alla città. CoS0 è interamente permeabile a chiunque si muova su ruote migliorando sia la salute sia l’autonomia degli individui. Lo scopo è proporre un intervento a basso impatto per la comunità infatti, sebbene dall’esterno l’edificio presenti solo pochi segni di ciò che accade al suo interno, ora esso diventa fisicamente ed ideologicamente aperto alla comunità migliorandone la qualità della vita attraverso una continua cooperazione sociale.
