Hug Haven aims at preserving the existing building density in Havenkwartier. A new plan can be formed on the basis of existing spatial frameworks. Both housing and workspaces should be developed. New parcellation of both sides of the canal is elaborated in which two residential blocks are developed for the project site. The first, situated in the harbour basin, comprises five different housing types so as to comply with the requirements of several target groups (from singles to families). The second comprises twenty-four apartments, each with a view of the canal.
