One idea of the project was to create an architectural language that would speak of today, not only based on the lifestyle of its inhabitants, but also on the context in which we live, which is increasingly dynamic. Functionally the house is laid out in a “U” shape, the spaces emanating from around the garden and courtyard. The corridors also follow this pattern. Several aspects were taken into account, including the automation of lighting, audio, video, security, comfort, irrigation and sunlight control. LEDs are used for general lighting, and different shades set the mood for each space. Green technologies are included, such as solar panels for electric power generation and the collection and treatment of stormwater and wastewater for irrigation and outdoor use.
