The building consists of ground floor and attic, intended for housing. The ground floor is formed by a housing unit with an entrance from the porch, with a total net area of ​​146.89 m2, which is physically and functionally coupled to the attic. On the top floor are located rooms with bath and communication. Net area of the attic is 64.12 m2.    On the ground floor (elevation +-0.00m) disposed of the front terrace-porch, entrance, stairs, entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom. At the attic level (elevation +2.86) disposed of the stairs, hallway, three bedrooms and bathroom. The layout of the rooms in each dwelling unit is such that it provides a logical functional flow. All rooms except utility room, with natural light (windows).
